City Hall construction underway

Anyone drining through the 100 block of South Ash Street recently will have seen the crane placing the steel roof girders in place. Once the roof is completed and the south and east wall are up, work on the building will be able to continue regardless the weather. Ralph Pokorny/Daily Mail
